I was on my way to work two days ago when the unthinkable happened. I hear and feel my car and I know it very well so I know exactly when the transmission is going to upshift. It shifted smoothly into 3rd and steady acceleration continued, and then moments later as I anticipated the shift to 4th, the tachometer passed 3000rpm with nothing happening. I then shifted into manual mode and it then immediately shifted up into 4th. Either way, I'm looking at the transmission being looked a by a professional.

"Penangananya adalah dengan reprograming controle module dan hanya memakan waktu 18 hingga 20 menit," tutup Astrid sambil melanjutkan, seluruh pengguna Mazda6 di Indonesia model tahun 2013 diharapkan untuk mendatangi diler-diler resmi Mazda.
I couldn't remove the offside rear seat bolt because the seat is over the bolt and that side won't move, so I had to work blind. I managed to remove the old cable and insert the new one but the problem still persists. I don't know if I can manually move the seat forward with a tool {preferably not a large hammer!) so I can access the last seat bolt and remove the seat for a closer inspection. I don't want to take it to Mazda as they wanted £160 per seat just to replace the cable.
2013 Mazda 6 headlight problemSo I'm writing this for my sister to find out if anyone has had this problem and to see if it sounds right. My sister's low beam headlights are not lighting up the road. The lights only shine about ten feet on the ground and not the road. She took it to the mazda dealership they said they aligned the headlight but in my opinion they aligned it too low. They are telling her that she has to buy new headlight assemblies because they are dirty on the inside and both need to be replaced.
Mazda6 cars recalled for door latch problemDETROIT (AP) — Mazda is recalling 161,400 midsize cars in the U.S. because the doors can open while they're being driven. The recall affects Mazda6 cars from the 2009 through 2013 model years. The company says the door latch mounting screws can loosen. Mazda traced the problem to improper tightening at the factory or uneven door surfaces. The company will notify owners and dealers will put on a thread-locking adhesive and tighten the screws.
Mazda has a spider problem, and now it's issuing a voluntary recall to implement a "bug fix" in every sense of the word. A certain species, known as the yellow sac spider, is spinning webs in the vent lines of Mazda 6 sedans. The spider webs can cause restricted air flow, which could lead to a pressure buildup in the fuel tank. The car company first noticed the problem a few years back, and it issued a recall in 2011 for 52,000 Mazda 6 vehicles to install a spring designed to keep the gas-loving spiders out. So now Mazda is turning to a software update to solve the spider problem.
Though it's essentially the same size as the Toyota Camry, Ford Fusion, and Honda Accord, the Mazda6 manages to appear a little leaner and more purposeful. Inside, the Mazda6 feels sporty, even in base trims, with flowing lines, hooded instruments, and a smaller-size three-spoke steering wheel. You shouldn't have any reservations about sticking with the base 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that Mazda6 'i' (including base SV, Sport, and Touring) models get. The 2012 Mazda6 won't let you down in any way with respect to seating comfort, cargo space, or ride quality. Bluetooth is still lacking on base models, but the Mazda6 does include air conditioning, a tilt/telescopic stsering wheel, power windows and locks, rear-seat heated ducts, and a six-speaker audio system with aux input.
